1. Introduction

Memorat is designed to help you organize information, reminders and expenses while respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Memorat iOS app handles your information.

2. Information You Add to Memorat

Memorat allows you to enter information about your garages and vehicles, including vehicle names, registration numbers, reminders, expenses, notes and vehicle photos.

This information is provided by you and is used only to provide the features of the app.

3. Local Storage

Memorat stores a local copy of your app information on your device so that your information remains available when you are offline.

4. iCloud and Garage Sharing

Memorat uses Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to support synchronization and Garage sharing.

When you choose to share a Garage, information associated with that Garage may be stored in iCloud and made available to the people you invite, according to the access level you assign to them.

iCloud and CloudKit are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy practices.

5. Photos

You may choose a photo for a vehicle using Apple's system photo picker. Memorat receives only the photo you select for use within the app.

Vehicle photos may also be synchronized through iCloud when they are part of a shared Garage.

6. Notifications

Memorat may request permission to send local notifications for reminders you create. Notification permission can be managed at any time in your device settings.

7. Tracking and Advertising

Memorat does not use your information for advertising and does not track you across apps or websites.

8. Sharing of Information

Memorat does not sell your personal information. Information from a shared Garage is made available only through the sharing functionality you choose to use.

9. Data Removal

You can remove information you have created in Memorat by deleting the relevant items in the app. Garage owners can also stop sharing a Garage. Participants can leave a shared Garage.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Memorat changes or new features are introduced. The latest version will be published on this page.
